SCA San Juan

For centuries, olive trees have been the main source of wealth in the lands of Jaén. This value has been cared for and treated over time by olive masters, always with the aim of obtaining the fruit in its greatest splendor and in this way to extract the best juice of the olive.

Generation after generation,  has been consolidating the culture of oil , making the olive growers a whole way of life. For this reason, in 1955,  a group of olive growers created the San Juan Cooperative , creating an excellent and very artisan system for the collection and treatment of olive trees.
